Cancellation Policy:

All workshops must be paid in full at time of booking in order to secure your place.

All bookings are non refundable but we will offer store credit (redeemable on future classes or store goods) if you notify us within 15 days of the scheduled workshop date. This store credit is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy, regardless of customer reason.

In order for a workshop to go ahead we require a minimum number of attendees due to the costs incurred by us in hiring tutors, purchasing class supplies/equipment etc...  If for any reason the class is cancelled we will offer you a full refund or a place on the class the next time it is scheduled.  If you decide to move onto a future class our offer of a refund is withdrawn and these cancellation policies apply to the new booking (i.e. if you are subsequently unable to attend your new class date a refund does not apply).
